Riverstone delivered a 2,200-square-foot upfit that strikes a seamless balance between creativity and functionality. Despite the compact footprint, every square foot was maximized to support a fast-moving, media-driven team. Situated within the architecturally distinctive CODE building, this project required Riverstone to navigate a uniquely complex environment—one defined by sloping topography, custom design features, and high sustainability standards. The building’s LEED Platinum certification and multi-tenant structure meant aligning with rigorous construction guidelines and coordinating across shared infrastructure. Riverstone’s experienced team delivered a seamless buildout that honored the integrity of the space while bringing OneRPM’s creative vision to life.
