THE RIVERSTONE WAY

Properties are built from more than plans and raw materials. They are constructed with the right teams and proven processes.

At Riverstone, we’ve changed the culture of construction. From problem-solving, to forward solutions. From a job well done, to a job done right. From project focused, to people focused.

Relationships have been our foundation for the past 20 years.
They will continue to be our foundation for the future.

We’ve been there.
We’ve built that.
We’re not just here to get it built.
We’re here to build it forward.

committed to building confidence, collaboration, and community. Without compromise.

Confidence

We build confidence.

Envisioning the possibility and plausibility of a project before it starts is our specialty.

From site audits to feasibility consulting to budgeting and cost analysis, our pre-construction site audits are tailored for each client. Our evaluations address challenges upfront allowing us to establish control systems that guard costs and enforce schedules, building confidence from day one.

Commitment

We honor commitments.

Riverstone was founded on forward thinking and finding solutions ahead of problems. We continue this commitment to excellence in all of our commercial construction projects.

From kick off to closeout, we mitigate challenges by staying committed to our zero punch mentality. Our proactive insights make the first day in your new space seamless.

Collaboration

We champion collaboration.

Good general contractors get the job done. Riverstone gets the job done right. Our human approach delivers innovative solutions that ensure efficiency at every point of the project.

We deliver excellence by working with the most experienced team of trade partners, architects, brokers, owners, and developers to provide quality results.

Community

We build it forward.

Siblings from a working-class family, Riverstone's founder David Wheeler and co-founder/CEO Amanda Wheeler are determined to build a culture where work ethic and dedication are recognized and celebrated. As part of our ongoing efforts to fight against the social prejudice of the blue-collar worker, we partner with industry leaders and community enrichment programs, campaigning for workforce development and advocating for the skilled trades.

About Amanda

In her 20-year tenure and steadfast progression to Owner/CEO, Amanda Wheeler has held many titles, excelling at each: estimator, project manager, and partner. Today, Amanda is building it forward with her team of experts. Together, they strive to provide a better construction experience by cultivating relationships with the industry’s leading trade partners and actively collaborating with their clients, architects, and engineers to deliver superior projects.
