This out of ground addition to an existing occupied facility consisted of medical grade MEP finish installations along with heavy coordination with the architect, engineer and local building inspectors to ensure a seamless transition for the owner and staff.
The end product provided new patient rooms, an operating room, and additional offices for the medical staff.
